1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. 55VMW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 55vmw's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 55vmw's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 55vmw Customer Support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through Customer Support within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal resolution through the courts as specified above.

12. Account Closure and Termination

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and verification procedures. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately; accounts with funds may require up to fourteen (14) business days for final settlement and closure.

12.2 Termination by 55vmw

55vmw reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory directive
• You fail verification procedures or provide false information
• Your account remains dormant for an extended period (as defined in Section 13)

Upon termination for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and you may be prohibited from creating new accounts or accessing 55vmw services in the future.

13. Dormant and Inactive Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity or financial transaction for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 55vmw reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of PHP 500 (or currency equivalent) on dormant accounts with remaining balances. The maintenance fee will be deducted from the account balance on a monthly basis until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Before applying dormancy fees, 55vmw will make reasonable efforts to contact you via email at the address registered to your account. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and making a deposit or withdrawal transaction.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

55vmw is committed to protecting your personal information and privacy. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and as necessary to provide gaming services, comply with legal obligations, and improve Platform functionality.
